به گزارش روابط عمومی معاونت بین‌الملل دانشگاه، سرکار خانم آیلین فصیحی، مدیر توسعه بین‌الملل دانشگاه، از تسهیل روند تأیید مدارک و دانش‌نامه‌های دانشجویان خارجی خبر داد و اعلام نمود: دانشجویان دیگر نیازی به مراجعه به وزارت امور خارجه در تهران ندارند.

ایشان افزود: به منظور کاهش هزینه‌ها و صرفه‌جویی در وقت دانشجویان غیرایرانی، فرآیند تأیید مدارک تحصیلی و دانش‌نامه‌ها با هماهنگی نمایندگی وزارت امور خارجه در استان تسهیل گردیده است.

بر این اساس، کلیه دانشجویان خارجی دانشگاه می‌توانند برای تأیید مدارک و دانش‌نامه‌های خود، بدون نیاز به مراجعه به وزارت امور خارجه در تهران، صرفاً به نمایندگی وزارت امور خارجه مستقر در ساختمان استانداری مراجعه نمایند.

مدیر توسعه بین‌الملل دانشگاه ضمن اعلام این خبر، تأکید کرد که تمامی تشریفات قانونی تأیید مدارک (مرتبط با وزارت امور خارجه) در این نمایندگی انجام می‌شود؛ لذا از کلیه دانشجویان درخواست می‌شود از هرگونه مراجعه غیرضروری به تهران خودداری نمایند.

 

According to the Public Relations Office of the University’s Vice Presidency for International Affairs, Ms. Aileen Fasihi, Director of International Development, announced the facilitation of the verification process for the academic documents and diplomas of international students, stating that students are no longer required to visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran.

She further added that, in order to reduce expenses and save time for non-Iranian students, the process of verifying academic credentials and diplomas has been streamlined through coordination with the provincial representative office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Accordingly, all international students of the University may now complete the verification of their academic documents and diplomas exclusively through the representative office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs located in the Provincial Governor’s Building, without the need to travel to Tehran.

In announcing this development, the Director of International Development emphasized that all legal formalities related to document verification by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are carried out at this representative office. Therefore, all students are kindly requested to refrain from any unnecessary travel to Tehran.
